Winter 2025 Schedule

Friday, Dec 12 & Saturday, Dec 13
Tasting room open for seated tastings of current releases. Reservations recommended.

Saturday, Dec 20 — By Appointment Only
We will not be open for general walk-ins, but a very limited number of appointment-only tastings may be available this day. Please email us with your preferred time and party size, and we’ll confirm if we’re able to host you.

Winter Break: Dec 21 – Jan 7
The tasting room will be closed from Dec 21 through Jan 7 while we take a short winter break and dig into work in the cellar. We plan to reopen beginning Jan 8 with updated winter hours.

After the holidays, our normal visit schedule resumes as outlined below.

Winemaker-Led Tastings — Thu & Fri

Hosted personally by Marc Dillon Leahy. Reservations recommended.

Weekend Tasting Room — Sat & Sun

Our small team pours current releases in a welcoming, lively setting.

Monday–Wednesday — By Appointment Request

Requests are subject to winemaker availability and must be confirmed by Dillon Cellars. These intimate sessions are hosted personally by Marc Dillon Leahy and reserved for collectors, trade, and guests seeking a deeper dive.
