Guest Experience & Wine Club Associate (Weekends)

About Dillon Cellars:
Dillon Cellars is a small, independent winery focused on quality, authenticity, and long-term relationships. We care deeply about how our wines are made and how guests are treated, and we’re building a wine club rooted in trust, connection, and great experiences.

The Role:
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely good with people and comfortable guiding guests through a tasting experience that feels relaxed, thoughtful, and personal. Weekends are when it matters most here - you’ll often be running the tasting room on your own and trusted to represent the winery well.

Schedule:
– Primarily Saturdays and Sundays
– Some Fridays and event weekends
– This is intentionally a part-time role

What You’ll Do:
– Host tastings and make guests feel welcome and at ease
– Talk about our wines, how they’re made, and why they matter
– Introduce the wine club clearly and naturally to interested guests
– Read the room and adjust pacing and tone as needed
– Help turn good visits into lasting relationships
– Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and guest-ready
– Support events and occasional wine club needs
– Light cellar help is a plus, but not required

– Someone who enjoys hosting and connecting with people
– Comfortable talking about wine without being scripted or salesy
– Calm, reliable, and capable of working independently
– Pays attention to details and takes pride in doing things well
– Understands that wine club sign-ups come from trust, not pressure

Requirements:
– 21+ years old
– Prior hospitality, service, retail, or wine experience preferred
– Available most weekends
– Able to lift ~45 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
– Comfortable using a POS system (we use Orderport)

Compensation & Perks:
– $19-22+/hour, DOE
