Schedule – Seeking Full-Time & Part-Time:
Weekend availability is essential, with additional hours (Fridays and Thursdays) available for those seeking a fuller schedule. We're ultimately looking for the best fit—whether that’s weekend-only or up to 28–32 hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
– Greet and host guests with warmth, professionalism, and wine knowledge
– Lead tastings that highlight our wines, winemaking, and story
– Promote wine sales and club membership with intention and results
– Build relationships that drive loyalty and return visits
– Support wine club fulfillment and logistics
– Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room
– Keep the space stocked and guest-ready
– Use POS and tech tools to manage sales and guest data
What We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or wine
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated with attention to detail and follow-through
– Ability to work independently and make thoughtful decisions
– Available weekends
– Able to lift 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
– General wine knowledge—or enthusiasm to learn
– Comfortable with POS systems (we use Orderport)
Compensation & Perks:
– $20–25/hour DOE + tips
